Feel free to Email us if you have any questions at
cards@ThePhotoExpress.Net.
To save you some time, here are the answers to some of the most common questions:
We always email a free proof for your inspection before we print your cards. If you're going to be on vacation, let us know that you want to save time by having us check your card for you.
Unless otherwise requested your order will be shipped Priority mail with a confirmation receipt. Priority mail will ship to PO boxes as well as street addresses. Most shipments within the U.S. arrive in 2-3 days.
Usually U.S.P.S. Global Priority Express is the best value for international shipments.
When mailing your cards to your friends and family in the U.S. you'll only need one first-class stamp even if you include a note or short letter.
We always include the total with all costs when we email you your proof. Your card is not charged until your proof is approved and cards printed and ready for shipment.
Although most customers include their credit card number with the order confirmation It's OK if you're uncomfortable sending your credit card number over the Internet. Just give us a call at (701) 258-9225 between 10am-9pm CST weekdays after you see your proof. A staff member will be here Saturday and Sunday afternoons as well
If you are taking a
digital photo for your greeting card, the .jpg file format is just fine.
Set your camera to its highest resolution setting. If your camera offers
quality options, use the highest quality/largest file size/lowest compression
setting.
If you enjoy
manipulating images with programs like PhotoShop, you're welcome to play with
your image before sending it. However, unless you have a color-calibrated
monitor, it's better if we touch up the color and density here at The Photo
Express.
Some may want to know that we print at 400 ppi in sRGB color space on a Noritsu
2901. If this paragraph makes no
sense to you, that’s fine. We
have the digital photo experts so you can worry about other stuff, like having a
life.
Let me know if
there's anything else I can do to help.
Sincerely,
Gary Grinaker
